Remember when D7 threw an egg at us as we wished Welshie a Happy Birthday? I have photo evidence!

So it’s starting to hit me how little time I have left here. Yeah. It’s really starting to get me worried – especially when Jade sends me MySpace messages how I can’t leave in three weeks or when we have all these talks about a going away party. My flatmates are determined to get Mary and me so pissed the night before that we are both completely hung over when we reach the states.
P.S. Can I just throw out the fact that I really appreciate the mornings when Ed walks in the kitchen wearing just a t-shirt and blue and white polka-dotted boxers? But what is really freaking me out is the fact that he is drinking Squash out of a dirty, used cup from last night…I miss his Uggs.
SO the last three nights have been classic. On Saturday night Curtis took me to see Billy Elliot – which instantly became my new favorite musical. If you’re a dancer, you’ll understand why. Then, Curtis went back to the states so I gave him a pink, iridescent gift bag filled with stuff for Jess and all the crazy people at Civic. Well, because the gift bag was so big, Curtis needed to check his other bag…I feel so bad.
On Sunday, our flat pretty much did NOTHING. Legit. I DID go to the library to get my research for my Race and Representation report. Yeah for a paper on transgression in the Star Wars trilogies…!!!! Joel Frank, you better be proud. Then, John got home on Sunday night and just listened to my stories of the two guys I like and how I could never have the guts to tell either one of them. John, I love you and will miss all our late night conversations – and stalking people on MySpace – and threatening to kill people who are mean to people in our flat. I love E6. And I love the fact that John NEVER logs off MySpace!
And finally, last night. It was Sara’s (Welshie’s) birthday. The day was spent reading articles (aka “reading articles”) and shopping for meatless food. Thanks Ruby and Tagz. I’ve unofficially become a veggie. I got hair dye (calm down, it was just for highlighting), and we went to D Block for the party. We had a great time playing ring of fire and singing. We took some classic pictures – including a picture of me kissing a can of Strongbow. Look for that – coming to a Facebook near you. Mary and I stayed until 10 and then came back to the flat to record something (Man, what an experience). Then, Mary highlighted my hair – but what we discovered is my hair is too dark, so they didn’t show up as much as we thought they would.
I spent the rest of the night trying to write my speech for E-Board elections for the MTA. Matt Franzetti looked over it for me, and I spoke to Amanda Johnson for a long time last night. Thanks for all your help Amanda!
And then I went to bed – at around 4 AM. Why? Because I was also talking to Trish online. Why were we up so late? I have no clue.
We’re trying to see Q tonight. That would be so much fun – as long as we get tickets! Pray we do, because it would be the BEST flat outing of LIFE!
Gtg have a meatless lunch.
